Fibre Laser Engraving (Metals)

Production takes 7–10 working days for standard orders, or 3–4 weeks for specialist finishes including gold leaf gilding and multi-layer LED assemblies.

V-carving uses a 90° or 60° carbide V-bit on a CNC router to cut angled channels that naturally taper to a point at each letter’s centre. Unlike flat-pocket routing, V-carving produces elegant shadow-catching lettering in hardwoods like walnut and cherry without requiring multiple tool changes or additional paint-fill steps.
Kiln-dried hardwoods, specifically North American walnut, cherry, and hard maple, deliver the best longevity outdoors.
