1. Acceptance of Terms
By using this Site, requesting a quote, or purchasing any product, you confirm you are at least 18 years of age and agree to these Terms.
2. Custom Products and Orders
All nameplates and signs are made-to-order. Because of their custom nature:
- All sales are final once production begins
- No refunds on custom items unless there is a manufacturing defect
- Design proofs are sent for approval before production begins
- You are responsible for verifying all spelling, names, and addresses submitted
3. Intellectual Property
All website content including logos, photography, and text are the property of House Nameplate or its licensors. Custom designs created for your order remain our intellectual property unless an explicit written agreement transfers ownership.
4. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, House Nameplate is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for that specific order.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to submit false information, attempt unauthorized access, upload malware, or harass our staff.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States. Disputes shall be resolved in Sacramento County, California courts.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
